Consideration of a request to approve a Comprehensive Plan Map designation change from Agricultural to Non-Resource and change the Zoning designation from Exclusive Farm Use-Cropland (EFU-C) to Non-Resource (NR) on 80.3 acres. The subject property consists of 62% class 7 soils, 35% class 4 soils and 3% class 2 soils and is currently vacant. The site is located on the east side of Pope Rd approximately 1 ½ miles north of the intersection of Pope Rd and Hwy 50. R-4011-03300-00100.
Continued consideration of a request for tentative plan approval of Agency Village (Tract 1542), a proposed 18-lot Subdivision and Planned Unit Development. The proposal consists of: 18 residential lots with an average size of 2.34 acres; private roads system with two-way streets 20 feet wide and 3 tracts of land set aside as Open Space.
